Worgen History
The dark art of harnessing the power of a werewolf was tought to the druids by an archdruid named Ralaar Fangfire. they sought to temper the uncontrollable rage inherent in werewolves, and utilize their power to overwhelm their satyr foes. To do so, the druids willingly submitted to the evil energies of the void. A powerful magical artifact was used to give the druids the new powerful form. The artifact was called the Scythe of Elune. It was a great weapon of corrupted magical energy, created from the first werewolf's fang, goldrinn, and the blessed staff of Elune. Both items in and of themselves were legendary items. However, when combined, they made an even greatly magical item. what the druids did not anticipate, was that the darkness of the void energy would attrack true werewolves to their location. Unfortunately, when the werewolves and druids in worgen form encountered each other, a terrible battle unsured. The druids prevaled, but they suffered great losses. The druids that survived the attack were afflicted with a terrible rage, that was powerful enough to forever alter their genetic code.
Not even the Skythe of Elune could allow the druids to transform back into their human form without problem. The druids were forever enslaved by the primal instincts of werewolves as a new race, without being able to transform back into human form without problems. Blinded by an all-consuming rage, the druids went on a bloody rampage, attacking friend and foe alike. The druids tore through villiage after villiage, leaving unspeakable massacres in their wake. Desperate to save innocent people, the Archdruid, Malfurion Stormrage mournfully banished his druid brethren by putting them into a deep sleep. They were to remain in a peaceful slumber for all eternity. As such, the worgen threat was contained for many years.
several years later, an archmage named Arugal Fordring, needed an elite group of murderous soldiers to attack a neighboring kingdom. He managed to discover the location of the slumbering worgen, and woke them from their deep sleep. Instead of doing the bidding of Arugal fordring, the worgen druids once again went on a murderous rampage accross the country side. At this point in the realm's history, all forces were commited to fighting the orcish horde that had arrived to realm. As such, no army could be sent back to the human capitals to deal with the incoming threat. As such, the worgen killed thousands of people unchecked.
However, as luck would have it, one of the worgen came to realize that his people had just slaughtered the citizens of the villiage where he was born. It was blood of his own great granddaughter on his hands, that made him realize what they had done. He realized that even though he was now fully worgen, he did have children before his monsterous transformation. One of those children had a family of their own, and as time passed those children had their own children. He was now staring at the dead body of his great grand daughter with her still warm blood on his fanged hands. It was at this moment in time, that he snapped out of his bloody rage. This druid's name was Genn Greymane. He let out a monsterously unspeakable howl, which made all other worgen pause in their tracks. They stopped what they were doing, and came to his side. It was Genn Greymane who then spoke to the other worgen, and convinced them that the time had come to stop their rampage, and begin trying to establish a society. The other worgen named Genn Greymane their king. Upon the destroyed villiage of where they stood, Genn greymane and his people established the first worgen city, called Gilneas. The city was named after his great grand daughter whose name was gilly. The word for granddaughter in ancient yggdrassi tongue was nea. As such, the first worgen town was named gilneas.

Draenai History
Long before the fallen titan, Sargeras, unleashed his demonic Legion on Azeroth, he turned his baleful gaze upon the world of Argus and its highly intelligent inhabitants, the eredar. Believing that this heroic race would be a crucial component in his dark quest to undo all of creation, Sargeras contacted the eredar’s three leaders – Kil’jaeden, Archimonde, and Velen. He offered them knowledge and power in exchange for their loyalty.
Only Velen abstained, for he had seen a vision. In it, his people were transformed into hideous demons, and they joined the ranks of Sargeras’ Burning Legion: an army of unspeakable evil that would grow vast and decimate life on countless worlds. With the aid of the naaru, (a benevolent energy-based beings) who had resolved to combat the fallen titan’s nihilistic crusade, Velen gathered other like-minded eredar and narrowly escaped Argus by use of naaru spell jammer vessals. Forever after, these renegades would call themselves the draenei, or “exiled ones.”
Kil’jaeden, who was once a beloved brother of Velen, was infuriated by the draenei’s escape from Argus and their ungrateful refusal of Sargeras’ offer. In retaliation, Kil’jaeden led the Legion’s armies on a relentless pursuit of the draenei throughout the spell jamming travel fair lanes. Eventually, Velen and his beleaguered people eluded their hunters and found sanctuary on a remote world that they would name Draenor, or “Exiles’ Refuge.” Having been instructed by the naaru in the ways of the Light, the draenei developed an extraordinary society on their new home.
Yet the draenei’s peaceful existence did not last. Upon discovering the renegades’ home, Kil’jaeden corrupted the noble orcs into a single, bloodthirsty force of destruction. The orcs were forever change at the genetic level into a race of violent beings. Blinded by rage, the orcs wreaked havoc upon the draenei, slaughtering over 50% of the exiles and forcing Velen and other survivors into hiding. To escape the mounting chaos, Velen and a number of his followers commandeered the Exodar, a stunning naaru spell jammer of enormous size. Using this craft to search for new allies, the draenei left Draenor, and later crash-landed upon the world of Azeroth.
