Warrior
The following changes apply to Warriors from 2nd edition rules.
1. Warriors may learn weapon focus and weapon mastery.
2. Warriors gain the endurance non weapon proficiency as a free slot.
3. Warriors gain the land based riding non weapon proficiency as a free slot.
4. Warriors gain a new ability at 10th level. This ability is called: “Heroic Leap”. Heroic leap allows a warrior to rapidly close distance to their target (10 feet, plus 1 foot per level after 10th level). Heroic leap may replace a move action, or it can be performed in conjunction with a move action. Heroic leap may be performed in 2 ways. One: to quickly cover distance. Two: To get the warrior within melee range of a target. Upon performing heroic leap to a target, the sudden presence of the warrior will automatically cause an intended target to focus attacks on the warrior. Thus, the warrior will gain threat for one full round. Heroic leap adds a +1 to strike on their next attack. In addition, this move also adds +1 to damage per 2 levels to the warrior’s next attack. Heroic leap cannot be used in conjunction with charge bonuses. It is either one or the other. The benefit of heroic leap is that it does not have the penalties of a charge move.
